Welcome to Roots of Balance Coaching & Massage Therapy — where meaningful change happens in both the body and the way you live.

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to move out of autopilot and into intentional, steady growth. My approach blends attachment-informed coaching with integrative bodywork, because insight alone doesn’t create lasting change — the nervous system has to feel safe enough to shift.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and coach, I help clients release chronic tension, regulate stress, and untangle repeating patterns. Through therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Therapy, somatic breathwork, and coaching, we work with both the physical and emotional layers of what you’re carrying.

Some people come for relief in their body and discover clarity in their life. Others come for coaching and realize how much their body has been holding.

 

Either way, the goal is the same: regulation, realignment, and sustainable change from the inside out.

What You Can Expect


Sessions are collaborative, respectful, and paced to what your nervous system can integrate.

You will never be pushed, forced, or expected to perform healing. The focus is on building safety, awareness, and trust in your body’s signals so change can unfold naturally.

Whether you arrive feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or simply unsure where to start, you’ll be met with compassion, clarity, and practical support.
